Once again the beautiful Katy Perry (I have no issues saying I love this woman! She is amazing) has created a stunning collection of false lashes with Eylure. Everyone's heard of primers and knows the benefits of using one. It's just finding a primer that's the right one for you. My main issues are I have oily skin and large pores.
